Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integration Specialist to join our Order Gateway team. In this role, you will focus on exchange connectivity and system integration, helping deliver new venue connections, manage migrations, and ensure trading systems support evolving business needs.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement efficient integrations that drive business growth.
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions to optimize workflows and remove bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle, FIX protocol, and Linux environments to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability to meet high standards of service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity and trade lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of FIX protocol and its applications in financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Experience with C++ or Python programming languages is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is advantageous, but not required.
