Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with finance processes.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects, guaranteeing smooth integration with finance processes and compliance with internal controls.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for efficient resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications, promoting knowledge sharing and standardization.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is highly valued, as well as exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements. Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting is also desirable.
