Seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, manage client accounts, and prepare financial statements.

This role involves:

  • Performing bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including managing client accounts and preparing financial statements.
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters, including tax compliance, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of financial issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with demonstrated proficiency in XERO software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
