**Job Opportunity in a Big 4 Consulting Firm - Financial Due Diligence Expert**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consulting firm, where you will play a key role in advising clients on complex financial transactions. As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or audit. You will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues
  • Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members
  • Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision
  • Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions
  • Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities
  • Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives
  • Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff
  • Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards
  • Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients
