About the Role

As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms, building robust reporting systems, and providing data-driven insights to support our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Reporting:
    • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and working capital models to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate on Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and performance dashboards to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Handle daily accounting operations, including vendor payments and receivables management.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and coordinate audit processes as needed.
  • Cash Flow & Expense Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, burn rate, and fund utilization to optimize resource allocation.
    • Work closely with external partners for reconciliation, payroll, and expense management services.
  • Business Strategy Support:
    • Partner with our founders and operational teams to derive valuable insights from financial data.
    • Support pricing, commission modeling, and key business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Assist in due diligence and investor reporting as required.
