Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Leader to lead our finance team.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position that involves overseeing all financial management activities, including budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • You will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing finance team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and delivering results-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, optimize costs, and improve profitability.
  2. Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  3. Oversee vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
  5. Conduct financial planning and cost optimization, analyzing income and expense tracking to maintain financial health.
  6. Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary.
  7. Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP systems, MS Excel, and other tools.
  8. Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
