Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to lead our corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial auditing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our hospitality business, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly and annual accounts, as well as MIS reports and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax, statutory, and internal audits.
  • Provide expert guidance on cash flows, working capital, and treasury management.
  • Support the development of annual budgets and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
