Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Executive to oversee the preparation and submission of monthly financial statements, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

About this Role:

  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • You will be responsible for managing budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit detailed financial reports on a quarterly basis to executive management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in finance operations.
  • Liaise with external auditors for annual audit completion and ROC/MCA filings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance with 15+ years' experience in manufacturing or forging industry.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages, Tally features, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Expert knowledge in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to SMEs under the Companies Act, 2013.
