We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our financial operations. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing annual financial plans, forecasts, and models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models; advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis; monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll; ensure compliance with statutory regulations (taxation laws); coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Procurement & Cost Control: Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments; implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior management; analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Recommend and implement financial systems; streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, taxation, Excel, Tally/SAP
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
