Job Title

A System Technical Specialist is required to join our team.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with a strong background in JD Edwards (JDE) and knowledge of its technical areas including FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Power Forms, system architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components, and application interfaces.


Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for validating testing completed in the implementation lifecycle of JD Edwards.
  • Troubleshoot development issues, recommend solutions, and perform unit tests to verify application functionality against requirements/design specifications.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements, analyzing risk mitigation during systems improvements.
  • Issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting Standard Programs in JDE which involves NERs, C BFNs etc.

Requirements
  • Strong JDE background and good understanding of JDE technical areas.
  • Experience working with Power Forms, system architecture development, and partitioning of functionality among applications and components.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development.
  • Good understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator.

Bonus Points
  • Security and infrastructure experience would be a significant benefit.
  • BI Publisher experience would be an advantage.
