Executive Assistant to CEO

About the Role

The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing exceptional support and coordination to ensure seamless execution of executive operations.

This role demands strong organizational excellence, execution rigor, and meticulous attention to detail. The EA must exercise critical judgment in deciding where and how the CEO's time is best spent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the creation of presentations as needed.
