Strategic Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to translate corporate strategy into actionable goals, ensuring individual and business unit objectives align with organizational priorities.
  • Provide timely feedback to business leaders on a range of business and HR matters.
  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and help managers predict and prepare for future outcomes.
  • Employ effective cross-cultural communication to promote positive business behavior and influence desired outcomes.
  • Coach managers on organizational effectiveness and development, and the implications of people management.
  • Partner with HR and Centres of Excellence to develop and implement HR products and services.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to support new hires, replacement positions, selection processes, interviews, and post-interview follow-up.
  • Assist in developing HR strategy and prioritizing initiatives aimed at supporting employee performance, development, reward, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers to achieve business results and manage complex HR activities.
  • Consult with executives on strategic HR issues, including workforce development, culture, employee engagement, compensation, and diversity strategy.
  • Build strong relationships, influence key stakeholders, and drive consensus around decision-making and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on HRBP.
  • Prior experience in product/tech organizations is highly desirable.
  • Flexible, dynamic, agile, and able to anticipate business needs.
  • Project management skills, ability to run programs globally.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Core competencies in coaching, organisational design, and change management.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to build credible partnerships across cultures.
