People Operations Partner Role
A seasoned People Operations Partner will work closely with leadership to drive strategic people initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and support the organization's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
- Champion a culture of recognition, performance, and continuous feedback. Drive initiatives that reinforce a rewarding and inclusive workplace.
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning discussions. Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.
- Act as a coach to business leaders, helping them build high-performing teams and navigate complex people challenges.
- Design and implement people-centric programs that support the organization's rapid growth, including onboarding, career development, and employee engagement.
- Participate in rolling out new HR policies and ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring aligned with business forecasts. Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs and support capability-building initiatives across levels.
- Provide actionable insights through HR dashboards and deep dive attrition analysis. Highlight trends from exit interviews and pulse surveys.
- Liaise with other HR verticals (Compensation, Benefits, TA, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive change and align stakeholders across levels.
- Curate employee stories, success narratives, and culture highlights for internal and external platforms.
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in collaboration with the central DEI team.
- Develop engaging HR content for internal campaigns, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools for talent analytics, employee engagement, and process automation.
