The primary role of Talent Acquisition function is to collaborate and partner with business managers as well as People business partners to attract and hire the best, most suitable talent to meet strategic as well as operational needs of the business. Key deliverables include managing the talent acquisition process throughout the job lifecycle from role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer making and reference check of prospective employees. A Recruiter's role is multifaceted and strategic, focusing not only on filling immediate vacancies but also on building a robust talent pipeline and enhancing the overall recruitment process

Lets talk about Responsibilities

  • The primary objective of Talent Acquisition specialization within Talent Acquisition Job Family is to develop and implement agile strategies or programs that are responsive to the evolving needs of the organization and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the organizations staffing needs and long-term goals
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source potential candidates
  • Leverage recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the sourcing process and manage candidate data effectively
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, both in-person and virtual, with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Promote the organizations employer brand through compelling job descriptions, engaging social media content, and positive candidate interactions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and other terms
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization
  • Track and report on talent-related metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes

Lets talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in a technology product company managing both technical and functional roles
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using application tracking system
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, experience in market intelligence/mapping
  • Solid understanding of sourcing best practices and talent pipelining
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri
  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve hiring bottlenecks with a solution-first mindset, navigating both internal and external challenges.
