Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA BP) at Ralliant, you will be a strategic advisor and key player in attracting top talent to fuel our growth. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to develop innovative recruitment strategies and ensure we hire the best talent for our mission. Based in India, this role provides an exciting opportunity to shape Ralliant's talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Strategy & Business Partnership

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing talent market insights and hiring best practices.

Drive a consultative approach to talent acquisition, aligning hiring decisions with business goals.

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and winning top candidates.

Experience in skills-based recruitment

Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber talent.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

1. Talent Acquisition Program Management Initiatives

Partner with marketing, hiring managers and business leaders to support employer branding and internal talent community engagement efforts in the region.

Drive early career talent program progress.

Build comprehensive internal and external talent pools

Create and promote inclusive growth culture

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with an advisory focus.

Proven track record in recruiting for technical, non-technical, professional and managerial roles, ideally in electronics, test and measurement equipment, specialty sensors, and aerospace and defense subsystems.

Skills:

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence

Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.

Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.

Proficiency in ATS, ideally AI based, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
