About the Role

 

This is a highly visible opportunity to work closely with senior executives and contribute to driving business growth and innovation in India. As our Strategic Business Partner for Talent Development, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and leading talent management initiatives that drive success.

 

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert coaching and counsel on all HR matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business goals, including succession planning, talent reviews, and internal training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity, using data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations and effective resolution.
  • Partner with global and regional HR teams to implement corporate HR policies and programs in the local context.
  • Analyze training needs and design relevant development programs for technical staff.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across organizational levels, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Higher education degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnership, preferably in a multinational ICT or software development organization.
  • Proven experience supporting a business unit or organization of 500-800 employees.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor law and local HR best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address unique challenges.
  • A solutions-focused approach with high self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Experience in talent management, including creating customized internal training programs.
