Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity to excel as an Account Manager in Technology Staffing. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

This role plays a vital part in expanding our local and national accounts while showcasing our company's commitment to providing exceptional technology staffing services.

  • Develop and grow existing client relationships within the Technology and IT sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT environments, emerging technologies, Network Technologies, and roles supporting these disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
