About the Role:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and onboarding new Corporate DSAs to expand our business network. This role involves implementing and overseeing sales activities to achieve targets through Corporate DSAs, maintaining strong relationships with them, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets through Corporate DSAs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate DSAs to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the credit, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth processing from sourcing to disbursement.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute business development and promotional activities across the division.
- Target Achievement: Focus on achieving sales goals and consistently meeting targets.
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Proven understanding of business operations and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Corporate DSAs.
