  • Prepare investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.", "
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.", "
  • Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation.", "
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.", "
