Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned M&A professional to lead and support the end-to-end execution of complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.
About the Role:- Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy & Planning
- Develop strategic plans for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition or joint venture opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic target identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive deal strategies.
- Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure while minimizing risks.
- Plan and execute post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives to drive synergy realization and business growth.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, partners, and internal teams.
- Educational background: CA/MBA (Finance)/CFA preferred.
- Professional experience: 10-15 years in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.
- Additional experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is beneficial.
- A proven track record of handling complex M&A lifecycle processes.
