Job Overview:
">The Product Growth Strategist shapes and scales customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
- Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies
- Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact
Requirements:
">- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution (preferred)
- Experience: 4–6 years total experience; at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases or 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
- Tools & Skills: Strong with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred); hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis; experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs; excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
