Job Title: Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts, generating leads, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting sales with actionable insights.

Duties:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
    • Research and qualify leads using CRM tools and industry databases.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Marketing Execution
    • Develop and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
    • Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
    • Enhance brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights
    • Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
  • Sales & Business Support
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
    • Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs.
    • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Less than 2 years or 2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
