Job Opportunity: Business Development Expert

Job Description:

  • We seek an experienced pipeline management professional to collaborate with our sales team, track leads, and ensure timely closures.
  • Our ideal candidate will conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential, understand client requirements, and align them with suitable solutions.
  • A key responsibility is to develop and implement client engagement programs to maintain interest and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM systems, staying updated on industry trends, and gaining knowledge of insurance products are essential duties.

Key Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Support
  • Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Relationship-building mindset with a customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients
  • Familiarity with insurance products is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
