- Operational Excellence: Manage club operations independently with support staff, delivering exceptional experiences to guests and residents while implementing best practices and SOPs for operating equipment.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Hospitality or Hotel Management from a reputable institution or any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Total experience of 4+ years in premium hotel properties or club management.
- Key Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication skills, well-presentable and outgoing personality, attention to detail, and team player.
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
