Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grievance and Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team at AGS Health. The successful candidate will have 13 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a proven track record in grievance and conflict management. They will be responsible for handling employee grievances with professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution. This includes setting up mechanisms for employees to voice concerns, documenting and tracking grievances, and implementing preventive actions.

In addition to grievance management, the Grievance and Conflict Resolution Specialist will mediate conflicts between employees, teams, or between employees and management to ensure harmonious work relationships. They will provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies and lead interventions to de-escalate conflicts, working closely with HR and department heads to mitigate workplace issues.

The ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, especially in relation to POSH. They will ensure full compliance with POSH regulations, handle complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity, and conduct regular POSH training and awareness programs for employees. The Grievance and Conflict Resolution Specialist will also support and guide the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in investigating and resolving POSH-related cases.
