The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a proven track record in grievance and conflict management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, especially in relation to POSH, is essential.

A successful Employee Relations Manager must be able to work with multi-location teams in a service industry environment, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to influence and negotiate, as well as a proactive approach with a passion for improving workplace culture and engagement, are critical.

This role involves handling employee grievances with professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Setting up mechanisms for employees to voice concerns and following up with appropriate measures is also crucial. Documenting and tracking grievances to identify trends and implement preventive actions is an essential part of this position.

Conflicts between employees, teams, or between employees and management must be mediated effectively, ensuring harmonious work relationships. Providing guidance on conflict resolution strategies and leading interventions to de-escalate conflicts is also key. Working with HR and department heads to mitigate workplace issues is vital.

POSH Compliance requires ensuring full compliance with regulations and handling complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity. Conducting regular POSH training and awareness programs for employees is also necessary. Supporting and guiding the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in investigating and resolving POSH-related cases is a critical aspect of this role.

This position demands strong relationships across all levels of the organization to effectively support and advise leadership on ER matters. Organizing and leading proactive roadshows and sessions to communicate the organization's Do's and Don'ts and promote a positive workplace culture is essential. Educating employees on company policies, ethical standards, and workplace behavior expectations is also crucial.

An Employee Relations Manager must develop and implement an employee relations strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Conducting regular audits of ER practices and policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry best practices is necessary. Monitoring and analyzing ER metrics to assess the overall health of the workforce and recommending improvements is also key.

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
