Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategies:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients for Microsoft solutions.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, cold calling, webinars, events, partner programs).
Campaign Management:
- Build and optimize databases of potential customers using CRM and lead intelligence tools.
- Qualify leads through structured discovery calls and handover to sales for closure.
Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with Microsoft partnership teams to leverage co-selling opportunities, incentives, and marketing funds.
- Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to create compelling content, presentations, and campaigns.
- Stay updated with Microsoft's cloud offerings, product updates, and industry trends.
Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor a team of lead generation executives to ensure productivity and pipeline growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
6–10 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Hands-on experience with email automation, Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and supporting sales closure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Maintain a high level of engagement with the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Contribute significantly to sales pipeline revenue.
Ensure campaign ROI and lead conversion rates meet company standards.
