We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our team. As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing helpdesk tickets for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Teams and Office 365 technologies is highly desirable.
  • Experience with network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler is required.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Support Engineer or similar role, with strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration with Teams is essential.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data captures and trace logs to resolve customer issues in production environments.
  • Experience working with network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler and Developer tools (Browser).
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of HTTP and HTTPS Request Code is required.
  • Experience with API requests and responses (Graph API is desirable).
