Job Description

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering connections with architects, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), specifiers, and large contractors to incorporate our products in upcoming projects. You will establish strong relationships with these stakeholders through regular communication and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects that align with our business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about competitor activities in the specification segment.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of specifications, visit reports, and project tracking sheets to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert specifications into orders and drive revenue growth.
  • Promote product approvals and inclusion in BOQs/tender documents for major government and private projects.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote our brand and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5–7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials – with focus on specification sales.
