Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Kolkata. The Product Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product solutions. The day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, assisting with sales activities, and offering post-sales support. The Product Specialist will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve product offerings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
