Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Specialist located in Kolkata. The Solar Specialist will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems. Daily tasks will include assessing project sites, developing system designs, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves monitoring system performance and providing technical support.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Experience in the solar industry is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
