Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kolkata. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and training sales teams. The specialist will also ensure customer satisfaction, provide exceptional customer service, and align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
