Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with architects, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), specifiers, and large contractors to get products specified in upcoming projects.
  • Generate project leads by tracking new infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos with consultants, builders, and specifiers.
  • Drive product approvals and inclusion in BOQs/tender documents for major government and private projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert specifications into orders and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the specification segment and provide market intelligence to the team.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company's brand and solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain a specification pipeline, visit reports, and project tracking sheets regularly.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for specifications, project conversions, and revenue as per the business plan.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with the technical and application teams to address project-specific requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5–7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials – with focus on specification sales.
