Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with architects, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), specifiers, and large contractors to get products specified in upcoming projects.
- Generate project leads by tracking new infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos with consultants, builders, and specifiers.
- Drive product approvals and inclusion in BOQs/tender documents for major government and private projects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert specifications into orders and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities in the specification segment and provide market intelligence to the team.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company's brand and solutions.
- Prepare and maintain a specification pipeline, visit reports, and project tracking sheets regularly.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for specifications, project conversions, and revenue as per the business plan.
- Ensure strong collaboration with the technical and application teams to address project-specific requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 5–7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials – with focus on specification sales.
