Regional Head - Student Recruitment Opportunity

Your expertise in developing regional recruitment strategies, agent network development, and delivery of student recruitment targets will play a pivotal role in the company's success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of SRMs across multiple regions
  • Setting clear performance targets and ensuring achievement of individual and regional KPIs
  • Conducting regular one-to-one reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies in line with our global objectives
  • Analyse regional trends, market performance, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership
