HCM Technical Lead Role Overview:

We seek a skilled Technical Lead to drive the implementation and support of HCM extract solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in HCM tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of HCM extract solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to Oracle standards.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on HCM tool configurations, data conversions, and reports, as well as Fast Formula and OIC implementation.

  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle product releases and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HCM technical lead roles, with proven expertise in HCM tool implementations and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
