Global Oracle HCM Implementation Leader
">Job Description:
As a seasoned professional, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of Oracle HCM modules globally. You will oversee configuration and customization to meet business needs and best practices.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification processes for all modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
- System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules as needed.
- Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate effectiveness post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms are necessary. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Oracle HCM certifications are desired.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM implementation and project management. Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights functions, and a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function are essential.
