Senior Transformation Professional

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to drive digital transformation and lead strategic initiatives across various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Lean Digital Transformation roadmap, aligning quality initiatives with business priorities.

  • Design and implement effective digital projects, leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program objectives.
  • Champion the adoption of standard global processes, driving operational excellence and automation.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma projects to mitigate process issues and improve efficiencies.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Black Belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms
  • Extensive experience in the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain, having led transformations across sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong project management skills, influencing skills, and clarity of thought
