Digital Transformation Specialist is a pivotal role in today's business landscape, enabling organizations to modernize their operations and enhance service delivery. As a key enabler of this transformation, the Digital Transformation Specialist plays a critical role in driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

This strategic position oversees the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT software applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, aligning with the company's business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field.
  • Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Core Competencies:

  • The ability to understand business needs, processes, and problems to translate them into technology solutions.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): A deep understanding of how software is built, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of how to connect different software systems and platforms to create a unified digital ecosystem.

Educational Qualifications/Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful IT strategy development and implementation.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
