Work as a HCM Expert in Middle East Projects

We are seeking a consultant with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules.

The role is remote-first but requires the flexibility to travel onsite to client locations in the region during project phases. Only candidates holding a valid Indian passport will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR or iRecruitment is beneficial.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the region onsite as per project needs.
