Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' HCM solutions using Oracle Fusion.

This role requires collaboration with clients to understand their business requirements and configure/test the solution accordingly. The consultant will work closely with project managers to provide regular status updates and ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, and benefits.
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions focusing on business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform thorough system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute actively to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HCM schemas and PL/SQL is desirable.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Must have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued.
