Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical specialist, possessing broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. They will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional in at least two modules.
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis, and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Working collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, including patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
Essential Skills:
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion))
  • Efficient and effective communication skills, written and verbal, for engaging directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model, Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • Visual Builder Studio experience, BI Publisher (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
  • Experience in additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract/OTBI/Analysis Dashboard.
  • Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL, Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance.
