Job Title:

Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with international telecom carriers/service providers to resolve customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end technical and general support resolution to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Interact with mobile phone carriers and other departments to resolve mobile service-related issues.
  • Adhere to business rules and policies as dictated by joint operations documents.
  • Ensure SLAs and KRs meet day-to-day and month-to-month expectations.
  • Troubleshoot device and networking issues reported by customers.
  • Work customer service/tech support via incoming phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assist in resolving all issues identified during regular operations.
  • Communicate escalations/issues to managers in a timely manner.
  • Act as a single point of contact for managing communications with clients.

Skill Set & Qualifications:

  • French and English speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Extremely organized with an appreciation for process and documentation.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn how to troubleshoot devices and step-by-step instructions.
  • Identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through various mediums (platforms, emails, calls, chats) and responsible for the closure of requests with specified SLAs.
  • Collaboration with international telecom carriers/service providers to resolve customer requests and incidents.
