Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical expert to lead our platform architecture team in designing and implementing enterprise-grade products built on a low-code/no-code development platform for the financial services industry.

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, recommending optimal technology solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using the Microsoft Power Platform stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Establish governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices and guidelines on Power Platform.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot Agents.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable application lifecycle management.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV) activities in client engagements.
  • Drive customer workshops presentations in collaboration with sales teams. Identify and develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science.
  • Professional certification in CRM or achieving appropriate certification in an agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Model-driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse, and using Power Platform and Azure components.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure services or other API Management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify areas of improvement, and propose effective solutions.
