Power Electronics Leadership Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems. This includes leading the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems ranging from 10 kW to over 5 MW.

We are seeking an expert in power electronics who can drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks. You will partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration.

  1. Technical Vision: Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems.
  2. Design and Development: Lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW to >5 MW).
  3. Innovation: Drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks.
  4. Collaboration: Partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration.
  5. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of power electronics engineers and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power electronics and at least 18 years of industry experience in power electronics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. They should have a deep understanding of AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies, especially in multi-kilowatt to multi-megawatt power classes.
