About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in system design and operation, as well as exceptional analytical skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of technical systems and their interactions, with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code principles and Configuration Management Solutions like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

As a key member of our organization, you will drive SRE strategy, develop methodologies for reducing toil, and assist in creating service metrics for operational improvement. You will also work with cross-functional teams to establish Service Level Objectives, define monitoring strategies, and implement reliability improvements.

  • A comprehensive understanding of SRE principles and ability to evangelize
  • Working knowledge of modern observability tooling, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and associated projects
  • Experience of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and design
  • Extensive knowledge of Configuration Management Solutions such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
  • Strong practical experience defining and implementing SLOs, operating error budgets, and implementing monitoring and observability technologies
