Key Payroll Consultant

This position involves implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll, developing and maintaining formulas, configuring payroll settings, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM with experience in payroll. They have successfully implemented at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and possess hands-on knowledge of Fast Formulas. Additionally, they possess analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently and excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Oracle Fusion Payroll Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation process from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Fast Formula Development: Develop, test, and maintain formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Payroll Configuration: Configure payroll settings and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in payroll.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Formula Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed.
