Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify potential business opportunities within a designated set of named target accounts.
  2. Proactively research and qualify leads to understand their needs and pain points.
  3. Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and improve outreach campaigns.

Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of generating and qualifying high-quality leads from the North America market. A degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), excellent research and prospecting abilities, ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions, strong organizational and time-management skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented, resilient and able to handle rejection, and a collaborative team player.
