Are you ready for a challenging role in technical support? We are seeking an experienced L3 professional to join our team as a Cisco UCCE and Release Management Specialist.

This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and release management, with expertise in call recording platforms, ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC, and troubleshooting.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert-level support for Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting
  • MACD creation skills in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP, and ITIL process
  • Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functioning
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools integration experience with other Tools
  • Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling
  • 24/7 business support environment readiness
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Work and coordinate with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems & OEMs
  • Advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination
  • Point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork, Power point presentation/preparation and excel related Analytics

The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.
