Technical Project Lead

As a key member of our agile delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating project development and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project planning, development, and execution to meet defined release criteria.
  • Work closely with product owners and application specialists to prioritize project backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure team progress toward milestones and sprints.
  • Provide regular project status updates and health checks to stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project questions and concerns.
  • Champion release management practices and promote Agile methodologies within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in program management of software releases in an agile SW development environment with experience as a Technical Manager.
  • 6+ years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of software product development.
  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership position managing a team of 10-15.
  • Strong application development experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, .NET, or other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots is an added advantage.
  • Experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership competencies including strategic thinking, driving results, building a high-performance culture, and inspiring others to perform at higher levels.
  • Experience running projects using agile development principles, with knowledge of industry-standard tools and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and liaise between technical and non-technical audiences, as well as presenting to executive management.

Education Qualification:
  • Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications.
