Job Title: Senior Voice Engineer

We are seeking an experienced voice engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting concepts.
  • Experience with VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Awareness of ITIL processes and experience working with VOIP and performance management tools.
  • Clear understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment and perform advanced remote or on-site troubleshooting activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working with Cisco Voice platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and conversation skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

They will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, developing and maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Cisco CUCM, UCCH, and CVP platforms, as well as a clear understanding of voice network deployment models and the functioning of voice network devices.
